Abstract

Dr. Stodden will discuss the current reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and other federal legislation impacting upon the lives of persons with disabilities. Issues will be discussed within the context of the current political climate in Washington D.C. and from the perspective of a Senior Policy Fellow with significant experience in higher education and the field of disabilities.
