Abstract

This presentation features panel members who represent agencies or services at the federal level, the state level, the institutional level (both administrative and programmatic concerns), and the consumer level. As our society shifts from discussing the need for change to beginning to implement changes at these levels, the panel will discuss the potential impact and offer their ideas for approaching them in a mutually beneficial manner.
