Taxonomy for Transition Programming

(Kohler, 1996)

The pepnet 2 (pn2) Transition Webinar series are based on the five areas of Kohler’s Taxonomy for Transition Programming (1996). Pn2’s goal for the transition webinars is to support the capacity of each state and their various entities and individuals to offer services that lead to a successful transition for students and youth who are deaf or hard of hearing.   Each webinar offers several video segments under one of the five Taxonomy areas, and each segment serves a different purpose.  The webinars showcase transition topics, issues, and strategies as they relate to the Taxonomy.
