Francis (Frank) M. Duffy, Ph.D., The F.M. Duffy Group

Dr. Francis Duffy is a Professor of Public Administration. He is the creator and director of the Master of Public Administration program at Gallaudet University with the Department of Government and Public Affairs. His specialty is leadership for change in organizations. He created and taught courses in Gallaudet University’s Change Leadership Academy. He has published nine books, many articles, and numerous chapters on how to transform organizations. He is the founding series editor for Rowman & Littlefield’s Systemic School Improvement Series. Frank is also the co-director of a national initiative to transform America’s school systems called “FutureMinds” and sponsored by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT). He also serves on the boards of directors for Mansfield University Foundation and the AECT’s Division for Systemic Change.
