iTransition Teacher's Guide: It's My Life
iTransition is a free online transition curriculum that includes four modules designed to help students who are deaf or hard of hearing prepare for life after high school. This publication provides teachers or other supportive individuals with additional lesson plans, directions, and information on how to use the iTransition training module “It's My Life” with students. Topics include goal setting, time management, study skills, and working with staff from the disability services office.
