PEPNet Listserv and Past Posts

The PEPNet Listserv "Past Posts" is a categorized, representative collection of some of the most frequently discussed topics on the PEPNet listserv. The original postings from members are quoted for this feature. The 800-plus PEPNet listserv members post an average number of 15 different topics and an average total of 75 postings each month. Past Posts topics are determined based on the frequency the topic appears on the list and the number of responses reported. Past Posts are intended to provide general guidance and awareness of current practices; it is not intended to replace legal documents or guidelines.
