iTransition Teachers' Guide: Career Interest and Education Choices: It's My Plan!
iTransition is a free online transition curriculum that includes four modules designed to help students who are deaf or hard of hearing prepare for life after high school. This publication provides teachers or other supportive individuals with additional lesson plans, directions, and information on how to use the iTransition training module “Career Interest and Education Choices: It's My Plan!” with students. Topics include self-awareness, career decision-making, and planning for postsecondary education and training.
