iTransition Teachers' Guide: First Year College Success: Be the One!
iTransition is a free online transition curriculum that includes four modules designed to help students who are deaf or hard of hearing prepare for life after high school. This publication provides teachers or other supportive individuals with additional lesson plans, directions, and information on how to use the iTransition training module “First Year College Success: Be the One!” with students. Topics include understanding and locating campus resources, handling situations that may occur in the dorm, classrooms, or administrative offices, and considering questions to ask prior to participating in a college orientation.
